Residential grade 3-rail flat top ornamental fence
A rackable 3-rail panel with 1-3/16" rails and 5/8" square pickets, the residential profile in this range, finished in black. Each panel is 94" wide.

On this panel the pickets finish at the top rail, for a clean, level line.
Rackable to follow a slope
The pickets pivot on the rails, so the panel racks to follow a sloping run instead of stepping down it, with the pickets kept vertical.

Every height of this panel is 94" wide.
What does rackable mean?
The panel can be racked, its pickets pivoting on the rails, so it follows the slope of the ground while the pickets stay vertical.
What is the difference between residential and commercial grade?
The grade is the tube size. Residential panels use 1" rails and 5/8" pickets, commercial panels 1-1/2" rails and 3/4" pickets. A heavier tube makes a stiffer panel for taller runs and for sites that take more abuse.
