Locinox 12 V and 13 V DC safety power supply, 20 W
This safety power supply feeds low-voltage DC to electric gate hardware such as electric locks and keypads. It takes a primary voltage of 230 V and delivers a secondary voltage of 12 V and 13 V DC, with a power rating of 20 W.
Power and wiring
The primary side connects to 230 V mains and the secondary side gives 12 V and 13 V DC for the connected equipment. Check that the total consumption of everything you connect stays within 20 W. The mains connection should be made by a qualified electrician.
Installation
The unit can be clipped onto a DIN rail in a control cabinet or mounted directly on a surface. The control module is encapsulated, which gives it a high resistance to humidity, so it suits installations in technical rooms and outdoor cabinets close to the gate.
Typical uses
Use it as the DC supply for electric gate hardware that runs on 12 V DC. For equipment that needs 12 V AC instead, Locinox offers a separate safety transformer.
