- To weld on
- Pack of 20 strips
- Each strip 7' long
Locinox security strip to weld on, 66' x 7'
This flat security strip has a row of points along its top edge and is welded onto the top rail of a gate or fence. Once fitted, it makes the top hard to grip and discourages people from climbing over.
Materials and finish
The finish of the strips is not yet confirmed, so ask Fenceweb before you order. Because the strips are welded on, plan the finish of the gate and strips together, so the whole construction has the same protection and color.
Sizes and fit
The strips are packed per 20 pieces with a length of 7' each, enough for 131' of gate or fence. The sources do not state the strip height or thickness, so check the size against your top rail before ordering.
Typical uses
Use the weld-on strip when you build or modify steel gates in a workshop and finish them afterwards. For gates that are already galvanized or coated, a screw-on version from Locinox avoids welding and damage to the finish.
