Drill-Fix jig for fast, accurate lock and keep installation
Installing a surface mounted lock means drilling a precise hole pattern in the gate profile and matching holes for the keep in the post. The Locinox Drill-Fix jig makes that quick and accurate. It centers itself on the profile and guarantees correct alignment, so the holes end up in the right place first time.
How it works
Clamp the jig on the profile and drill through its guides: the four-hole pattern for the lock, or the two holes needed for the keep. Locinox describes installation in four steps: mount the Drill-Fix, drill the holes, mount the lock and check the result.

The jig works on round, square and rectangular profiles from 30 to 3". It is made for Locinox bolt-on locks and keeps.

Everything comes in a sturdy carry case: the self-centring drilling jig, three drill bits of Ø 0.374", Ø 9/16" and Ø 11/16", the LA Locitool, a hex key and a positioning pin. Installation instructions are available from Locinox.
