AES e-Loop Wired: mains-connected vehicle detection with presence mode
Where the Wired model fits
The Wired model is the mains-connected commercial option in the e-Loop range, and it adds a presence mode. The battery models cover other sites: the Mini suits residential driveways and small commercial sites; the Commercial is built for busy entrances, industrial access points and shared access roads; the In-Ground sits below the road surface for a flush, hidden finish; the Post Mount fixes to a gate post or wall where the road surface cannot be disturbed.
No loop in the ground
e-Loop detects a vehicle without an induction loop in the ground, which removes the trenching, the saw cut and the loop cable from the job. The e-Loop range works with eTrans transceivers wired into the gate operator, which receive from e-Loop detectors, e-Keypads, remotes and triggers and close a relay on the operator.
Commissioning and support
Commissioning is done from the e-Loop smartphone app, and firmware is updated over the air. The LED display guide, test mode guide, data sheet and installation instructions are on this page.
