The Multicom Classic serves a whole apartment building from one SIM card. A visitor scrolls the illuminated LCD directory with its two scroll buttons, or types the apartment number on the keypad, and the panel calls that resident's phone. It holds up to 500 apartments with three users each, so 1,500 numbers in total.

Part MULTI-CL-IBK-US comes in a powder-coated black Imperial panel for vertical surface mounting, with the keypad and a 125 kHz proximity reader. The box holds the callbox, the 4G cellular motherboard with modem, the LCD directory module and a 24 V 2 A power supply with a US plug.
Access and operation
HD voice over VoLTE keeps the call intelligible at the gate. The panel stores 250 permanent and 250 time-restricted codes or cards, and a built-in time clock opens the gate or door automatically during busy periods. It has two relay outputs and a 4G LTE modem for the US and Canada, settings are managed through the AES PRO app, and firmware upgrades arrive over SMS.
