Aluminium overhang cap for 60 x 40 mm posts with cover strips
This aluminium post cap has an overhang and is made to be used in combination with a cover strip or profile strip on 60 x 40 mm posts. It closes off the top of the post and the strip in one neat piece.
Sizes and fit
The cap fits 60 x 40 mm posts. Choose this overhang version when the post carries a cover strip or profile strip; for a bare post, the version without overhang is the better fit.
Materials and finish
The cap is made of aluminum and finished to a high standard. Choose hot-dip galvanized, or coated in green RAL 6005, green RAL 6009, anthracite gray RAL 7016 or black RAL 9005, to match the posts and strips of the fence.
Installation
The cap is easy to fit. Place it once the cover strip or profile strip is in position, so the overhang covers the top of the strip as well as the post. Fitting all caps last also lets you check the post height along the run before the fence line is closed off.
