The Shut It BadAss Powder Coated Face Mount Bolt-On from D&D Technologies is a matte black face mount gate hinge for gates where welding is not an option. It opens to 180 degrees, allows gate gaps as small as 1/2" and carries gates up to 1,102 lb.

Shut It BadAss Powder Coated Face Mount Bolt-On: a full 180 degree opening in black
This face mount hinge bolts to the face of the gate and post, so it can be fitted where welding is not an option. It opens to 180 degrees for an unobstructed passage and lets you close the gap between gate and post to as little as 1/2".
Materials and finish
Each component is individually powder coated for full coverage, in a long-lasting, UV-rated matte black finish. The nuts, bolts and washers are black zinc plated to match the color and protect against corrosion.
Operation and durability
Two sealed bearings need no greasing and no maintenance, and D&D has tested the hinge to over 1 million open and close cycles. It is horizontally adjustable by 1/2", so the gate can be set precisely. The hinge is not self-closing.
Sizes and fit
D&D rates it at a load of 900 kg per gate and a maximum gate weight of 500 kg. The gate gap is 13 to 25 mm. It suits aluminium and steel pedestrian, pet, privacy, security and commercial gates.
