Small surface mounted lock made for ornamental gates
This compact Locinox lock is designed as the standard lock for ornamental gates. Its small housing fits close to the first picket, and the lock is mounted on the outside of the gate profile instead of inside it, so no cutting into the frame is needed.
Security
A solid stainless steel deadbolt with a 7/8" throw locks the gate, thrown in one turn of the key. The latch bolt is self-latching and can be switched for left or right hand gates. Latch and deadbolt adjust continuously over 3/8", so the lock lines up with the keep for correct latching and locking.
Materials and finish
The housing is aluminum and the mechanism stainless steel. The lock box is KTL coated and withstands 1000 hours of salt spray testing to ISO 9227. Colors are green RAL 6005, green RAL 6009, anthracite RAL 7016, black RAL 9005, white RAL 9010 and silver.
Sizes and fit
Choose the version for your square profile: 10 to 20, 20 to 30, 30 to 40, 40 to 50, 50 to 60 or 60 to 2-3/4". It mounts with four holes and two hex socket screws, and the bolt center distance is 2-3/8". Handle options are the 3006FA zamac ornamental pair, the 3006B black anodized pair or no handle, with keyed alike or keyed to differ cylinders.
