Surface mounted anti-panic lock for gates on escape routes
This Locinox lock is made for gates that must always open from the inside, such as gates on escape routes. Escape or exit from the inside is possible at all times by operating the handle, while access from the outside is always possible mechanically with the key in the cylinder.
Security
A solid stainless steel deadbolt with a 7/8" throw locks the gate. Latch and deadbolt adjust continuously over 13/16", so they line up with the keep for correct latching and locking. An EN 179 certified configuration is possible with the LPKQ U2 for 1-9/16" and 2-3/8" gate frames, combined with the SAKL keep, the 3006A-2 handle and the 3012-54-STD cylinder.
Materials and finish
The housing is aluminum and the mechanism stainless steel. Colors are green RAL 6005, green RAL 6009, anthracite RAL 7016, black RAL 9005, white RAL 9010 and silver.
Sizes and fit
Choose the version for your square profile: 40 to 60, 60 to 80, 80 to 100 or 100 to 4-3/4". Handle options are the 3006A-2 anodized half handle, the 3006M-2 aluminum half handle, an aluminum push set or no handle, with keyed alike, keyed to differ or no cylinder. Locinox recommends the Drill-Fix drilling jig for fast and precise installation.
