This Locinox insert lock is fitted inside the gate profile, so only the handle, the cylinder and the face plate remain visible. Its stainless steel mechanism and solid hook make it a strong, durable choice for gates that are used every day.
Security
Instead of a straight deadbolt, the lock uses a solid stainless steel hook. When it is thrown into the corresponding keep, the hook grips behind the keep and anchors the gate to the post, which makes it hard to force the gate open. The latch bolt is adjustable, so it can be set to engage correctly in the keep.
Materials and finish
The whole mechanism is made of stainless steel, which keeps it working outdoors in all weather. The photo shows the lock with a stainless steel face plate and lever handle.
