The ZND ST812 is a 8 ft x 12 ft square-top panel from the Installer Plus series. At 53.5 lbs it sits in the mid-weight band of ZND's range, heavier and more rugged than Installer Pro, and meant to be set by a two-person crew. The frame carries anti-climb welded wire mesh joined with ZND SmartWeld construction.
Built for active jobsites
Installer Plus panels are made for sites with steady traffic, fencing that gets reused job after job and installs that stay up for the long haul. The frame is designed to keep its shape without sagging between stands. The plain version keeps the frame simple, with the anti-climb mesh welded straight into the perimeter tube and no extra brace bar.
What to order with it
Set each panel in a tube stand and clamp neighboring panels together with couplers. On exposed or long runs, add stabilizers, and use anti-lift brackets or Z-Block weights where the site calls for extra security or ballast. All of these ZND accessories fit the panel frame. If a weld is damaged in service, the panel can be repaired with a standard spot welder.

Frequently asked questions
How does the ST812 differ from the braced versions?
The ST812 has no extra brace bar in the frame. The ST812V adds a vertical brace, the ST812H a horizontal brace and the ST812VH both. Pick a braced version when you want more support in the mesh; pick this one for the simplest frame.
How many stands and couplers do I need for a run of ST812 panels?
For a straight run, a safe rule is one more tube stand than you have panels, since each joint and both ends sit in a stand. Couplers clamp each pair of neighboring panels together at the joints. Add stabilizers or Z-Block weights on long, exposed or wind-facing stretches.
How many people does it take to install?
Plan on two people. At 53.5 lbs, the ST812 is in ZND's mid-weight class. If you need a panel one person can set, the Installer Pro lightweight range is the alternative.
