Claw nut and M16 bolts for Locinox 4D hinges
The 4DFIX-I is the fixing set that holds a Locinox 4D hinge together. It consists of a claw nut and stainless steel M16 bolts, and it is an original part of the GBMU4D16 and GBMU4D20 hinges. Order it as a spare when a fixing has gone missing during installation or has been damaged.
Materials and finish
The claw nut is hot-dip galvanized steel and the bolts are stainless steel. Both are made to withstand outdoor conditions, so the replacement lasts as long as the hinge it is fitted to.
Compatibility
This set fits the GBMU4D16 and GBMU4D20 hinges. The smaller GBMU4D12 hinge uses a different set with M10 bolts, the 4DFIX-I-12. Check the type of your hinge before ordering, as the thread sizes of the two sets are not interchangeable.
Typical uses
Installers can keep a set in stock when they fit or maintain gates with 4D hinges, so a missing fixing does not hold up the job on site.
