Fenceweb

For fence contractors, dealers and distributors

Why installersbuy from Fenceweb.

Because one account covers the whole fence line. Panels, posts, gates and gate hardware sit in one catalog at your contractor price, we produce the welded wire ourselves, and it leaves our Dallas warehouse on one truck to any of the 48 contiguous states.

01 / ReasonsSix of them

Why installers choose Fenceweb

Contractors do not switch suppliers for a slogan. They switch when a job stops arriving in three deliveries on three dates. These are the six things installers tell us actually changed.

One supplier

The whole fence line, one order

Panels, posts, caps, clamps, gates, hinges, closers and locks are in a single catalog, so a job does not get split across three purchase orders with three lead times. One order, one confirmation, one delivery to plan the crew around.

5,000+ products

Own production

You buy from the producer

Fenceweb manufactures welded wire fence panels in house at high volume. That is why pricing holds on large takeoffs, and why you can ask about mesh size, wire gauge or coating and get an answer instead of a callback after we ask the factory.

In-house manufacturing

Your price

Contractor pricing lives in your login

Every approved account carries its own price group, so the number on the product page is already your number. No price list to chase, no waiting on a quote to find out whether a standard panel is worth bidding.

Account pricing

Stock

Stock you can schedule around

Stocked items ship from Dallas. Project quantities get a quoted lead time before you commit, so you can promise your customer a date you will actually hit rather than one you hope for.

Ships from Dallas, TX

Blank delivery

We can ship as you, not as us

Send the freight straight to the job site or to your customer with nothing on the packaging that names Fenceweb. You stay the supplier in the relationship you built. We are happy to stay invisible.

Unbranded freight

Takeoffs

Send a drawing, get it priced

Email a plan or a materials list and we price it, check stock and confirm freight. The quote lands in your account next to your orders, and turns into an order in one step when the bid comes in.

Quote to order
02 / FreightDallas outward

Nationwide delivery, out of Dallas

Fenceweb ships fencing by freight from Dallas, Texas to all 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia. Fencing travels on pallets and flatbeds, not in parcel vans, so freight is quoted on your delivery address and order size and confirmed before anything moves.

LTL freight, anywhere in the lower 48

The standard route for panel, post and hardware orders. Quoted per order, curbside delivery. Tell us up front if the site needs a lift gate, has restricted access or sits in a remote area, so it is priced in rather than discovered on delivery day.

Dedicated truck for project quantities

Full loads for large runs of fence and gates, scheduled to your install window instead of a carrier's. Ask for it when you send the takeoff.

Will-call pickup in Dallas

Collect from 10390 Shady Trail Suite 100, Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00. Pickup orders are handed over loose, so ask for pallets, boxes or shrink wrap if you need them and we will quote it.

Blank delivery to your customer

Freight to the job site with no Fenceweb branding on the packaging or paperwork. Available on request for any delivery address.

03 / CatalogWhere jobs start

What contractors order most

Eight starting points that cover the bulk of the work. Every one is a live catalog section with your account pricing already applied.

04 / ProcessAccount to reorder

How ordering works

Four steps, in order. The first one takes a few minutes and only happens once.

  1. Open a contractor account

Register your business details once. Approved accounts get a price group attached, which is what turns catalog prices into your prices.

  2. Price the job

Order stocked items straight from the catalog, or send a drawing or materials list and we price the takeoff, check stock and confirm freight.

  3. Choose how it ships

LTL freight, a dedicated truck, will-call in Dallas, or blank delivery to your customer. Freight is confirmed before the order is released.

  4. Reorder from your account

Quotes, orders and invoices stay in one place. The next job that uses the same panel and post spec is a few clicks, not a new conversation.

06 / TermsPlain definitions

Freight and trade terms, explained

The words that show up on a quote or a bill of lading. If a term below is new to you, ask us before the truck is booked rather than after.

Takeoff
The measured materials list pulled off a drawing: panel count, post count, gate sizes and the hardware each gate needs. Send us the takeoff and we price it against stock.
LTL freight
Less-than-truckload. Your pallets share a trailer with other shipments, which is how fencing travels when you are not filling a whole truck. Priced per order on address and volume.
Will-call
You collect the order yourself at the warehouse counter instead of paying freight. Ours is at 10390 Shady Trail Suite 100, Dallas, TX 75220.
Blank delivery
The shipment arrives with no supplier branding on the packaging or paperwork, so your customer sees only your name on the job.
358 mesh
A welded panel with roughly 3 by 0.5 inch apertures: too tight for fingers or a foothold and hard to cut. The anti-climb standard for prisons, substations and other critical sites.
Lift gate
A powered platform on the back of the truck that lowers pallets to the ground. Needed when the site has no forklift or loading dock, and priced as an extra service.
Price group
The pricing tier attached to your Fenceweb account. It is why the catalog shows your contractor price instead of list price, with no quote needed for stocked items.

Built with Fenceweb

Two Fenceweb fence installers driving a steel fence post next to a black ornamental fence panel on a job site
Setting posts to a string line, our own crew

One of our partners fenced a brand new ride area at Six Flags in Dallas using Fenceweb welded wire panels, square posts, clamps, caps and gate hardware. Same catalog, same account, same truck as a residential run. That is the point: the job size changes, the supply chain behind it does not.

08 / QuestionsStraight answers

Questions contractors ask first

Does Fenceweb deliver nationwide in the United States?

Yes. Fenceweb ships by freight from its Dallas, Texas warehouse to all 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are quoted per order.

Because fencing moves as freight rather than parcel, the cost depends on your delivery address and order size. It is calculated at checkout or in your quote and confirmed before the order ships.

Does Fenceweb sell to fence contractors only, or to homeowners too?

Fenceweb is built for business buyers: fence contractors, dealers, distributors, general contractors, municipalities and schools. Contractor pricing requires an approved business account, which carries your own price group so the catalog already shows your prices.

Does Fenceweb manufacture its own fence panels?

Yes. Fenceweb produces welded wire fence panels in house and distributes them alongside gates, posts and gate hardware from Locinox, Gatemaster, D&D Technologies, AES Global, Tarter and Fortress Versai. Buying from the producer is what keeps pricing stable on large takeoffs.

Can you ship straight to my customer without Fenceweb branding?

Yes. Blank delivery sends the freight to the job site or to your customer with nothing on the packaging that names Fenceweb. Ask for it when you place the order or request the quote.

How do I get a large fencing project priced?

Send a drawing or a materials list through the quote request form, or call 214 878 1900. We check stock, price the takeoff and confirm freight. The quote appears in your account next to your orders and converts to an order in one step.

Can I pick up in Dallas instead of paying freight?

Yes. Will-call pickup runs from 10390 Shady Trail Suite 100, Dallas, TX 75220, Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00. Pickup orders are handed over loose, so pallets, boxes, strapping or shrink wrap are quoted separately if you want them.

What does Fenceweb actually stock?

More than 5,000 products: welded wire fence panels, 358 anti-climb security fence, ornamental and composite fence, temporary site fence, sport systems and ball stop fencing, swing and sliding gates, farm gates, square and round posts, and gate hardware including closers, hinges, locks and latches.

What warranty comes with the fence panels?

Fenceweb fence panels carry a 10-year warranty. Each product page lists the coating, mesh size and specification the warranty applies to, so you can put the right spec in your bid.
