Which bracket fits my panel and post?
Two things decide the bracket: the panel system and the post. A bracket made for a round post will not sit on a square one, and a 358 panel needs other fixings than a double wire panel. Start with the post size, then pick the bracket for the post's position in the run: end, corner or inline.
Longlip brackets: end, corner and inline
Longlip brackets clamp double wire and V-fence panels to the post. They come in three positions:
- End: at the start and finish of a run, where only one panel meets the post.
- Corner: where the fence changes direction.
- Inline: on the posts between, where two panels meet.
This category holds Longlip brackets for 2-3/8" square and round posts, 3-1/2" round posts, 3" square posts and 2" square posts. Not every position is made for every size, so check the bracket for your post.
Brackets for 358 security fence
- U-brackets with strips: together they fix the panel to the post. Strips come for 2-3/8" and 3" square posts.
- Security fence brackets: a Single version for single panels and a Duo version for Duo panels.
- Spider brackets: also in Single and Duo versions.
Coverplates and strips
Coverplates run along the post face over the edges of 358 panels. They come straight or as a corner version, for 2-3/8" and 3" square posts.
Fence clamps and connectors
- Fence clamps for 2-3/8" square, 3" square and rectangular posts, sold per piece or per box.
- The angle fence connector joins panels at an angle.
- The gate and wall connector fixes the end of a panel to a wall or a gate post.
- The gate connector with PVC clip joins a panel to a gate post.
Ornamental rail brackets
Fenceweb's 11 gauge steel rail bracket fixes an ornamental panel rail to the post. It is black, sold each, and made for 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2" and 2" rails, so it fits the residential, commercial and industrial panel grades.
How many brackets per post
The number of brackets on a post depends on the panel height and the bracket system. Order a bracket set per post position: an end set for each end post, a corner set for each corner and an inline set for each post where two panels meet.
