Slim stainless steel keep for Locinox surface mounted locks
A gate lock is only as strong as the keep it locks into. This surface mounted keep is the counterpart for the Locinox range of surface mounted swing gate locks and is fixed on the post opposite the lock, where it receives the latch and the deadbolt.
Materials and finish
The keep is made of stainless steel and is designed to look discreet: its visible thickness is only 0.315". It suits both galvanized and powder coated posts and stays free of rust outdoors.
Installation
Preparation of the post is kept to a minimum. The keep is fixed with the Locinox Quick-Fix bolts, which give a fast and strong fixing in hollow profiles without welding. Line it up with the lock so the bolts engage correctly.
Compatibility
The keep is specially designed for the complete range of Locinox surface mounted swing gate locks. Together with the lock it gives a strong anchoring of the gate. It is not intended for sliding gates, which use a separate sliding gate keep.
