Surface mounted gate lock, the standard for industrial gates
This Locinox lock is mounted on the outside of the gate profile and is recommended as the standard lock for industrial gates. It combines a robust housing with a stainless steel mechanism and comes in many configurations of profile, handle, color and keying.
Security
A solid stainless steel deadbolt with a 7/8" throw locks the gate in one turn of the key. The latch bolt is key-operated and self-latching, and can be changed for left or right hand gates. Latch and deadbolt adjust continuously over 13/16" without removing the lock box, so they always line up with the keep.
Materials and finish
The housing is aluminum and the mechanism stainless steel. The KTL coated lock box withstands 1000 hours of salt spray testing to ISO 9227. Colors are green RAL 6005, green RAL 6009, anthracite RAL 7016, black RAL 9005, white RAL 9010 and silver.
Sizes and fit
Versions are available for flat 3/8" profiles and for round and square profiles from 30 to 4-3/4". The lock mounts with four holes and two hex socket screws. Handle options include aluminum, anodized, black, zamac and stainless steel handle pairs, round knobs, a handle blocking set and a triangle follower. Locinox recommends the Drill-Fix drilling jig for fast and precise installation.
