Sliding gate lock with Twistfinger and self-correcting keep
A sliding gate does not stop in exactly the same position every time, which makes it hard for an ordinary lock to latch. This Locinox lock solves that with the Twistfinger, a catch bolt that works together with a self-correcting keep to make sure the gate latches when it closes. The key overrides the lever to secure the gate.
Security
The chassis, mechanism and Twistfinger are stainless steel, and a stainless steel collar around the Twistfinger prevents it from being cut through. The KTL coated lock box withstands 1000 hours of salt spray testing to ISO 9227.
Sizes and fit
Versions are available for round and square profiles of 1-9/16", 1-15/16", 2-3/8", 3-1/8", 3-15/16" and 4-3/4". The lock works with cantilever gates and with gates on fixed rollers. The keep can be mounted horizontally or vertically, and the lock is fixed with two hex socket screws.
Materials and finish
The housing is aluminum. Colors are green RAL 6005, green RAL 6009, anthracite RAL 7016, black RAL 9005, white RAL 9010 and silver. The lock comes with the 3006S reinforced aluminum handle pair on a 3/8" square spindle, with keyed alike, keyed to differ or no cylinder. Locinox recommends the Drill-Fix drilling jig for precise installation.
