Offset base plate for 100 x 100 mm gate posts
This base plate is made for a square gate post of 100 x 100 mm. It lets the post stand on a hard surface, such as a concrete floor, slab or foundation, where it cannot be set in the ground. This is the offset version of the base plate.
Sizes and fit
The plate takes a square post of 100 x 100 mm. Measure the outside dimensions of your gate post before ordering, as other post sizes have their own base plate. Use one base plate for each gate post.
Colors
Choose moss green RAL 6005, fir green RAL 6009, anthracite gray RAL 7016, black RAL 9005 or hot-dip galvanized. Order the plate in the same color as the gate posts for a uniform finish.
Installation
A gate post carries the weight of the leaf and the forces of opening and closing, so the plate needs a solid base and anchors that suit the material. The anchors are not described in the product data, so choose them for your floor or slab.
