Privacy with air
Louver slats are sloped, so the fence breaks the wind instead of catching it while the view stays blocked at eye level. It is the lighter-feeling screen for a small garden or a patio.
How a louver bay goes together
The louver bottom rail and two starter spacers set the first slat; intermediate spacers, marked A and B, hold every slat after it. One bag of 24 spacers builds a bay up to 72-7/8" tall, with twelve louver slats.
