The Shut It BadAss Strap Hinge from D&D Technologies is a heavy duty barrel hinge with a weld-on strap, for motorised, uphill or heavy gates. It swings 180 degrees with a fixed 1/2" gap, the leaf strap can be cut to length, and it carries gates up to 1,499 lb.

Shut It BadAss Strap Hinge: a barrel hinge with a strap for heavy gates
The BadAss Strap Hinge is a barrel hinge that comes with a leaf strap for convenient, flexible gate installations. It is one of Shut It's strongest gate hinges, and it is suitable for motorised, uphill and heavy gates.
Sizes and options
D&D makes the strap hinge with a 6" or a 10" strap, and as an uphill set. By combining different strap lengths at the top and bottom of the gate, you can open a gate on an uphill gradient. The leaf straps can be cut to length.
Operation
The hinge swings 180 degrees with a fixed gap of 1/2" between gate and post. High temperature sealed bearings need no greasing and no maintenance, and they are safe to powder coat with the hinges installed on the gate. The external components are zinc electroplated.
