The TruClose MULTI-ADJUST Heavy Duty Series 3 for Wood from D&D Technologies is a highly adjustable self-closing hinge for wood and composite gates of up to 154 lb. It is specified for front, side, pedestrian, pet, privacy, security and commercial gates.
Adjustment
Three-way adjustment covers horizontal, vertical and tension. Quick dials set the horizontal and vertical position, with up to 15/16" of vertical adjustment, and the tension can be adjusted from both ends of the hinge. D&D says this solves gate sag for good.
Sizes and fit
The hinge takes a gate gap from 0.197" to 1-11/16". Mounting is reversible for right or left handed gates.
Materials and fitting
It is made from a UV-stabilised, strong engineered polymer with an internal stainless steel spring. Removable hinge covers and fasteners are included, and the hinges are sold as a pair.
