Shut It Stainless Steel BadAss: every component in stainless steel
Like the Original BadAss, the Stainless Steel BadAss is CNC machined to tight tolerances. For this hinge D&D Technologies used stainless steel for all the components, the bearings included, which makes it the BadAss to choose where corrosion resistance matters most.

The hinge, its bearings, shaft, washers and lock nut are all 304 stainless steel. The finish is plain stainless steel.
Operation and fit
Two sealed bearings need no greasing and no maintenance. The adjustable yoke gives horizontal adjustment for a precise installation, and the hinge suits both square and round posts of 38 mm and up, with a gate gap of 61 to 74 mm. D&D rates it at a load of 900 kg per gate.
Installation
The hinge is welded to the gate and post. It is specified for pedestrian, pet, privacy, security and commercial gates and is not self-closing.
