SureClose READYFIT 108 with Safety Feature is an externally mounted hydraulic self-closing hinge-closer from D&D Technologies for aluminum pool and safety gates. It gives a controlled, quiet close with a final snap action, takes gate gaps of 12 to 1-3/8" and comes screw-on or weld-on with screws and brackets included.

SureClose READYFIT 108 with Safety Feature: a controlled, quiet close with a final snap
The READYFIT 108 is an externally mounted, hydraulic self-closing hinge-closer from D&D Technologies. This version has the safety feature and is specified for pool gates as well as front, side, pedestrian, pet, privacy, security and commercial gates.
Operation
It gives a controlled, quiet close with the final snap-close action of all 108 models. The maximum opening angle is 88 degrees, and a gate stop must be installed so the gate cannot open more than 90 degrees. An emergency override feature adds safety and longevity.
Sizes and fit
It is made for aluminum gates and takes a gate gap from 1/2" to 1-3/8" on posts from 1-15/16". One hinge-closer with one plain hinge holds gates up to 176 lb, and two hinge-closers hold up to 265 lb, as set out in D&D's chart.
Installation
Choose screw-on or weld-on: screws and brackets are included. Alignment legs give double face-fixing strength, and the hinge-closer adjusts horizontally and vertically after hanging.
