Tension wire for tight, straight chain link fencing
Tension wire is used to tension chain link mesh. It runs horizontally along the fence and keeps the fabric tight and straight between the posts, so the mesh does not sag or bulge over time.
Sizes and finish
The wire is supplied on a roll of 361' and is available in black RAL 9005 or fir green RAL 6009. Choose the color of the mesh and posts for a uniform fence.
Installation
Run the tension wire between the end, corner and gate posts, weave or tie the mesh to it, and tighten it with wire tensioners. Long runs are usually tensioned in sections between corner posts so the wire can be pulled evenly.
