TURNITEC base mechanism for 3-arm turnstiles
The TURNITEC is the Locinox modular mechanism for building turnstiles. This base version is made for a 3-arm turnstile, with the arms at 120 degrees. On its own it lets the turnstile turn freely in both directions.
Operation
The system is modular. Add the mechanical and electromechanical locking modules to control the direction of passage or to lock the turnstile, and add a hydraulic damper to make the rotation smooth and controlled. That way one base mechanism can be fine-tuned to the access control and usability a site needs.
Materials and finish
The mechanism is designed with rustproof materials. Its IP55 housing protects it against water, dirt, wind, dust and vermin. Locinox tested the mechanism on 1 million movements.
Installation
An optional welding plate and a spline axle make it easy to mount the mechanism in a turnstile frame. A product sheet with full details is available from Locinox.
