Welding plate for a clean TURNITEC installation
The TURNITEC base mechanism needs a solid, flat mounting in the turnstile frame. This Locinox welding plate provides it: weld the plate into the frame and the mechanism bolts onto it in the right position.
Installation
The plate has the drilling pattern of the base mechanism and the cut-outs for the cylinders already punched in. You do not have to measure and drill those holes yourself, which makes the installation fast and prevents mistakes. Locinox states that the plate allows a flawless installation of the TURNITEC on any turnstile.
Materials and finish
The plate is made of black steel, which means it is untreated so it can be welded. After welding, finish it together with the turnstile frame, for example by galvanising or powder coating, so the whole construction is protected against corrosion.
