Locinox SIXTYLOCK-A multi-functional insert lock with 1-9/16" backset
This insert lock is recommended for residential applications. It is built into the gate profile and combines a 100% stainless steel mechanism with a patented internal mechanism that gives you two locking functions through the cylinder.
Operation
The cylinder can lock the latch bolt, the handles, or both. Combined with a mechanical keep, both the latch bolt and the handles can be locked. To make the lock compatible with electric keeps, there is a setting in which the latch bolt stays unlocked while the handles remain locked, so the electric keep can release the gate.
Sizes and fit
The lock has a 1-9/16" backset and a bolt that adjusts over 3/8", so it can be aligned with the keep after installation. It suits metal, aluminum, wood or PVC profiles starting from 2-3/8".
Installation
The lock is mounted easily with self-drilling screws in a rectangular recess in the profile, so no welding is needed.
