Shut It Hardcore Gate Guide: a heavy duty guide that replaces guide rollers
The Hardcore Gate Guide keeps a sliding gate upright and on line as it runs, replacing the industry standard guide rollers. It belongs to D&D Technologies' Shut It Hardcore range of sliding gate hardware.
Materials and finish
The guide is made from super-hard steel with a zinc finish and runs on two sealed bearings.
Sizes and options
The standard model is 6" high. The extended model is 10" high and is the one to choose where the ground has a gradient along the run of the gate.
Installation
The guide assembly welds to the end post and is suitable for L track guides. It is specified for privacy, security and commercial sliding gates. The standard guide is part CI2300 and the extended guide CI2350, both sold individually with D&D Technologies' limited lifetime warranty.
