ZND Temporary Fence | Installer Max | 6' x 12' | Anti-climb | Horizontal Bar

The RT612H is a 6 ft x 12 ft round-top panel from ZND's heaviest series, with a horizontal brace bar. Built for busy, public-facing and long-term sites where panels get handled again and again.
Key features
- 6 ft x 12 ft round-top panel, model RT612H
- Round-top frame with curved corners and fewer stress points
- Anti-climb welded wire mesh with tight vertical wire spacing
- Frame with a horizontal brace bar
- ZND SmartWeld welded construction, repairable with a standard spot welder
- Fits ZND tube stands, couplers, anti-lift brackets, stabilizers and Z-Block weights
The ZND RT612H sits at the top of ZND's temporary fence lineup. It is a 6 ft x 12 ft Installer Max panel with a round-top frame, so the corners are curved rather than mitered, which leaves fewer points where stress builds up when panels are lifted, stacked and reset. Anti-climb welded wire mesh fills the frame, and every joint uses ZND SmartWeld construction.
Where the Installer Max series fits
Installer Max is the heaviest panel family ZND makes. Choose it for high-traffic perimeters, sites that face the public and projects that keep the fence standing for a long stretch, where a tougher frame pays back over many rental cycles. A horizontal brace bar is welded across the frame, giving the mesh extra support along the length of the panel.
What to order with it
Set each panel in a tube stand and clamp neighboring panels together with couplers. On exposed or long runs, add stabilizers, and use anti-lift brackets or Z-Block weights where the site calls for extra security or ballast. All of these ZND accessories fit the panel frame. If a weld is damaged in service, the panel can be repaired with a standard spot welder.

Frequently asked questions
What does the H in RT612H mean?
H tells you the panel has a horizontal brace bar welded into the frame. In this size we also stock the RT612V with a vertical brace.
How many stands and couplers do I need for a run of RT612H panels?
For a straight run, a safe rule is one more tube stand than you have panels, since each joint and both ends sit in a stand. Couplers clamp each pair of neighboring panels together at the joints. Add stabilizers or Z-Block weights on long, exposed or wind-facing stretches.
Why choose a round-top Installer Max panel over a square-top one?
The curved corners of the round-top frame reduce the stress points found at square corners, which helps the panel hold up to frequent handling. Installer Max is ZND's heaviest series, so it is the pick for high-traffic, public-facing and long-term sites rather than quick, light installs.
