Gate claw for a strong welded hinge connection
The Locinox gate claw is a welding part that connects a hinge to the gate profile. It is welded onto the gate, after which the hinge is fixed to the claw. That gives a precise, strong and neat connection, without visible bolts through the profile.
Compatibility
The gate claw is compatible with the GBMU4D16 and GBMU4D20 hinges and with the Locinox bearing hinge. It fits gate profiles of at least 1-9/16". For the GBMU4DSHIELD-12 hinge there is a separate, smaller part, the gate claw 12.
Materials and finish
Choose black steel or zinc plated steel. Zinc plating gives the steel a protective zinc layer.
Installation
Weld the claw onto the gate profile at the hinge position, then mount the hinge on it.
