Rekeyable KIK cylinder for the FortiMa pool latch
This Locinox Key-In-Knob cylinder, usually shortened to KIK, is the cylinder that comes as standard in the FortiMa pool latch. It is sold on its own with two keys, so you can replace a lost or worn cylinder or change the keying of a latch that is already installed.
Keying options
The cylinder is available keyed alike or keyed to differ. Keyed alike means several cylinders open with the same key, which suits a site with more than one pool or garden gate managed by the same people. Keyed to differ gives each cylinder its own key, so access to one gate does not give access to the others.
Compatibility
The sources name the FortiMa pool latch as the lock this cylinder belongs to. They do not list other locks that take it, so if you want to use it elsewhere, check the cylinder type of that lock first or contact Fenceweb before ordering. The cylinder is rekeyable, which means it can be set to a new key without replacing the whole cylinder.
