Stainless Steel Regular Self-Closing Hinge SS: tension adjustable closing for gates up to 44 lb
This is the regular self-closing hinge of the D&D Technologies Stainless Steel range, in the SS version with standard side legs on both leaves. It closes wood and vinyl gates of up to 44 lb and is specified for front, side, pedestrian and pet gates.
Operation
The hinge closes the gate by itself, and the closing tension is adjustable. A tension adjustment tool is supplied, so the closing force can be set to suit the gate once it is hung.
Materials and finish
The hinge has a marine grade powder coat finish with no unfinished surfaces and the V-notch styling used across the range.
Fitting and adjustment
The hinges fix to the gate and the post with screws. Self-drilling screws, stainless steel fasteners and the tension tool are in the pack. The hinges are horizontally adjustable and are sold as a pair.
