TWIST40 child-safe lock for swimming pool gates
The TWIST40 is a Locinox lock made to keep small children out of a pool area. It is installed in the gate upright at the top of the gate and opens with a two-step press and twist action. That combination is easy for an adult and very hard for a young child.
Security
The lock conforms to the swimming pool safety standard NF P90-306. Locinox strongly advises reading that standard before building any swimming pool gate, because the gate and its installation must meet it as well.
Operation
A stainless steel rollerbolt reduces the latch resistance, so the gate closes more easily and latches reliably. The mechanism is stainless steel and keeps working outdoors in a humid pool environment.
Sizes and fit
The TWIST40 is made for 1-9/16" gate profiles only. The housing is polyamide and powder coated aluminum, available in black RAL 9005 and white RAL 9010. A matching pool keep for square profiles is available.
