The Shut It Face Mount Bolt-On BadAss from D&D Technologies is a zinc plated face mount gate hinge for gates where welding is not an option. It opens to 180 degrees, allows gate gaps as small as 1/2" and carries gates up to 1,102 lb, with a 1,984 lb load rating per gate.

Shut It Face Mount Bolt-On BadAss: a 180 degree opening without welding
This face mount hinge bolts to the face of the gate and post, so it can be used where welding is not an option. It opens to 180 degrees for an unobstructed passage. D&D Technologies also makes the face mount BadAss as a weld-on model.
Operation
High temperature sealed bearings need no greasing and no maintenance, and they are safe to powder coat after installation on the gate. The Shut It bushing design gives near frictionless movement.
Sizes and fit
The hinge is horizontally adjustable by 13 mm, and it lets you close the gap between gate and post to as little as 13 mm, with an ideal gap of 13 to 25 mm. D&D rates it at a load of 900 kg per gate and a maximum gate weight of 500 kg, on square posts of 38 mm and up.
Finish
The hinge has a zinc finish. A powder coated black version is also available. Bolts are ordered separately to suit your gate and post.
