The Shut It Half Bolt-On BadAss from D&D Technologies is a zinc plated gate hinge that bolts on to the end post, for jobs without a field welder. Two sealed maintenance-free bearings, an adjustable barrel and a 992 lb maximum gate weight, for square or round posts.

Shut It Half Bolt-On BadAss: bolt to the post, no field welding
The Half Bolt-On BadAss was designed for gates where welding the hinges to the end post is not an option, for example when there is no field welder on site. The hinge bolts on to the end post with a flat bracket for through bolting.
Materials and operation
Like all Shut It bolt-on hinges, it is CNC machined to tight tolerances and zinc plated. Two high temperature sealed bearings need no greasing and no maintenance, and they are safe to powder coat with the hinges installed on the gate. The adjustable barrel lets you set the gate precisely.
Sizes and fit
D&D rates the hinges at a load of 900 kg per gate and a maximum gate weight of 450 kg. The gate gap is 67 to 80 mm, and the hinge suits square or round posts of 38 mm and up.
Installation
The bracket bolts to the end post, and the hinge can also be welded where that suits the job. Bolts are ordered separately. The hinge is not self-closing.
