This face mount, self-closing hinge set offers a full 180 degree gate opening for an unobstructed passage. With the closer built into the hinge, a self-closing gate needs no separate closer. D&D Technologies makes the face mount self-closing hinge as weld-on and bolt-on models.
Operation
The closing force has 5 tension-adjustment settings. The sealed bearings need no greasing and no maintenance. Horizontal adjustment from 13 to 1" gives a precise installation, a symmetrical balance with small gap latches and extra security, and makes the set ideal for panic bar installations.
